Does A Hybrid Work Model Really Work?

The onset of the pandemic initiated the work-from-home culture and organizations realized that the productivity and efficiency of employees increased to a great extent. Coming back to the point, organizational leaders realize why remote employees are getting static at some point and their growth curve is decelerating. Also, they have come to a conclusion that the hybrid model of work is actually affecting a bit adversely and it definitely not healthy for the organizational growth.

One problem that many employees faced during the hybrid model of work is micromanagement. Their managers have often demanded that they have to be present on any video conferencing platform keeping their videos on. Well, that was undoubtedly a hilarious one because to a huge extent it was breaching the privacy of employees.

The remote working situation is not the same for every employee as the home scenario for every member.
