Going through a series of real workplace situations and solutions to problems that have arisen in the process over a time period help a trainee to widely understand and conceptualize the different kind of situations that he might have to face and a hint to the solution.

This training method involves reading and analyzing specific topics related to the training needs and creating a base to further enhancement. An organization needs to plan a training method based on the requirements and as situation demands. Training always gives room for upgradation of skills and betterment in performances.
